Al Goss - "Warlock"

Al Goss died in a
crash of his T-6 on Wednesday morning, March 17, 2010.
Our hearts go out to all his family and friends that
morn his passing. We will miss him greatly!
Al started flying in
1963, and has been crop-dusting since 1965. Al had over
21,000 hours flying. "Warlock" is a SNJ-6 which he got
back in 1978. The T-6 Class including the original T-6
"Texan", the Canadian-built "Harvard", and the US Navy "SNJ"
version was first introduced in 1968. All these T-6
variants are powered by the Pratt & Whitney Wasp
R-1340-AN-1 air-cooled radial engine, which develops
about 600 horsepower, and all have essentially the same
airframe.
